The operator uses Huawei's SmartCare SOC solution at these Service Operation Centers (SOC) to capture the quality of the customer service experience in real time, initially in mobile networks.
Huawei solution provides visibility per service per user (PSPU) of the customer experience, whereby it can identify and correct faults before a problem occurs. In addition, the Chinese company will collaborate with Telefónica in the deployment of the management platform, the launch of the operational transformation program, the definition of processes and the first year of operation.
