Abi Klincovitzky, managing partner of Communication Partner, presented his new solutions for access networks, and explained how they had to internalize the issue of permits to accompany their customers of electric cooperatives to develop their infrastructure. They also helped SMEs and ISPs prepare their projects to access the NRAs (Non-Reimbursable Contributions) and Enacom subsidized credits; in addition to continuing with accompaniment on issues of work and port in motion. Klincovitzky highlighted his relationship with Furukawa, which adds ten years, and whose milestone is the installation of an FTTH network in the Cooperativa de Huanguelen.
Furthermore, he anticipated new lines of products and services for access networks that improve the performance of the lines, and that solve problems such as the efficiency of WiFi both indoor and outdoor. In the same way, he commented on the advances of the Cisco brand -which they integrate- for core infrastructure. He also pointed out brands like Paloalto in firewalls and Nutanix in hyperconvergence infrastructure. Lastly, he made an update of the Dasan Zhone Solutions product roadmap with OLTs for new PON generations.
On his part, Cristian Herfert, Regional Sales Director at Dasan Zhone Solutions for the Southern Cone, said that "FTTH is still business, and reflects that last year increased sales by 37%." In addition, he said, "consider offering Mesh as an additional to the client because once they arrive with 100 Mbps at the door of the client's house, the only thing that worries him/her is having good coverage inside the house."
