The usual meeting of the Board of Directors of the National Telecommunications Agency (Anatel) on Thursday was yesterday transformed into an unprecedented fact for that body, when one of its members made a series of accusations against the rest of the councilors.
The most novice of the councilors, Vicente Aquino, accused the president, Leonardo de Morais, of not having dialogue with the institution; he questioned the competence of the technical sector, ironized about decisions made, defended the censorship of the press and even accused the counselor Emmanoel Campelo of having taken over the vice-presidency of the organization without his knowledge.
