The citizens of Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay who travel to Mercosur member countries will be able to make calls and use mobile data without paying additional charges because of being in another country. It is established by the "Agreement for the elimination of international roaming charges to the final user of the South Common Market", signed yesterday and announced at the LIV Ordinary Meeting of Mercosur Common Market Council (CMC), in the city of Santa Fe. The agreement must be ratified by each parliament. Enacom has been taking steps with Chile to include that country in the elimination of roaming.
