The consultation refers to the guidelines of the future public tender that grants permits for limited telecommunications services for the deployment and provision of communication solutions, through the use of 5G technology. These permits will empower their dealers to develop and implement technological solutions that are necessary for their respective business areas, using certain radio spectrum frequencies. This initiative seeks that the mining, port, agribusiness and transportation sectors, among others, can be developed using the future 5G network. The consultation will be available on the website of the Undersecretariat of Telecommunications until October 23.
