Based on a survey in which 500 Brazilian users participated, it was detected that 53% have subscriptions to games, 81% to pay TV, 87% to pay streaming TV and movies, and 66% to music services. 54% access these benefits via smartphones, and 22%, via TV. 49% would like their operator to generate a portal where they can access and manage all their entertainment subscriptions.
The biggest problem with these services, according to 36% of respondents, is the difficulty in remembering each password; for 27% it is the multiplicity of apps to access all the content they want to consume.
