The announcement of the 700 MHz and 1900 MHz spectrum tender Action Plan by the Ministry of ICT (MinTIC) updates the promise to allocate spectrum for mobile services, something that Colombia has not done since 2013. Strictly speaking, the document is limited to a short description of the situation and recognizes that "in the second quarter the action plan of the tender process will be published", which will be made available for public consultation.
