Among the agreements reached for the Final Radio Regulations Act, the bands 24.25-27.5 Ghz, 37-43.5 Ghz, 45.5-47 Ghz, 47.2-48.2 Ghz and 66-71 Ghz were identified for IMT. After four weeks of debate, the meeting in Egypt came to an end today, with other definitions on protection of Earth exploration satellite services, HAPS and procedures for non-geostationary satellites.

From the mobile industry they celebrated the identification of more than 10 Ghz in the ranges of 26, 40, 47 and 66 Ghz for the deployment of 5G services. This was the central result of the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-19), organized by the ITU from October 28 to today in Sharm-el-Sheikh. In particular, it was difficult to reach a consensus around 26 Ghz.
