The Anatel (National Telecommunications Agency) published the extension of the right to use the 850 MHz radio frequency by Vivo until November 2028 and established that the value to be paid will be the market price taking as reference the VPL (Liquid Present Value).
It also established that the non-signing of the contract within the established period and under the conditions approved by the regulator will cause the automatic termination of the authorization.
