Liberty Latin America to use Ribbon Analytics to gain detailed insight into network behavior

The operator has selected Ribbon Communications' solution for comprehensive network monitoring and fraud prevention. Gustavo Marsico, director of Technology Strategy at Liberty Latin America, outlined Ribbon Analytics capabilities such as voice quality insight and automated troubleshooting.

The provider will also be able to develop KPIs and dashboards for third-party devices. Data will be obtained from CMTS (Cable Modem Termination System) and WiFi devices, which will then feed into its NQI (Network Quality Index) as well as into Ribbon Analytics.
