The Spanish company gathers some 13 brands, based on its characteristic process of acquiring companies. This resulted in a complexity of networks, technologies, and processes. Leonardo Torres, Americas Region Business Manager of Schaman, announced the results of the implementation of process optimization, which was based on automation and consolidation of systems.
"Now all 13 brands share homogeneous processes - homogeneity increased by 85% - and the training time required for new employees was reduced from 15 to 5 days," Torres said.
