Paramount accelerated the sale of its businesses in Argentina and Chile, including Telefe and Chilevisión. The company has mandated the consulting firm Quantum Finanzas to find a buyer. It is seeking to raise US$100 million.
According to La Nación, the potential candidates include: Grupo Werthein, Corporación América, Alpha Media, Tomás Yankelevich, and Martín Kweller.
