Starlink, from SpaceX, and Kuiper, from Amazon, are in talks with the Mexican company Neutral Networks to use its neutral fiber-optic network capacity.
Noé Garza, the firm’s Chief Technology Officer, confirmed the negotiations. According to Garza, the satellite operators need the fiber “to bring down the signals from their satellites.”
