Cofetel questioned IP telephony services that Protel offers

The Federal Telecommunications Commission (Cofetel in Spanish) informed that Protel could offer voice services through any technology, due to that it has a concession of public networks. However, the regulating entity repeated that IP-Phone offers IP telephony services in an irregular form because it does not have the corresponding authorizations. IP-Phone is part of Protel`s service distributors group.
