The digital agenda of candidates for president of Peru: wordy and without anchoring in spectrum allocation and 5G achievements

Presidential elections will be held on April 11, in an extremely fragmented scenario, with 18 candidates. Johny Lescano, of Acción Popular, leads the polls with around 11%. The electoral platforms do not take into account the current experience left by digitization at forced marches by Covid-19, except for isolated mentions. The use of educational platforms and the deepening of digital government stand out.

The Peruvian general elections will be held on April 11. In addition to the Presidency, with 18 candidates competing, the unicameral Congress is completely renewed.
