Preform - PLP: solution that reduces capex and allows immediate return in expansion of FTTH networks

Preform and PLP have joined forces since 2016 in the telecommunications and energy market. With their own factory and distribution center in the Pilar area, they have faced an initiative aimed at ISPs seeking to expand their FTTH networks. Gabriel Salomone, in charge of developing the Works division in Preform, talked in the auditorium of NPlay Southern Cone 2021, last week, about his workhorse. It is the OFAM (Self-Sustainable and Modular Fiber Optic Work) solution, which facilitates the initial installation of FTTH and allows expanding with a low initial investment and an immediate commercial process that helps accelerate the recovery of investment times.
