The “unexpected” postponement of the treatment of specifications of the 5G spectrum tender by Anatel's (National Telecommunications Agency) Board of Directors is not an isolated event and, in fact, honors the historical Brazilian tradition regarding analysis of important regulatory issues and, above all, when politics actively participates in the issue.
