Oscar Nocetti, former president and current member of the Board of Directors of the Cooperativa Popular De Electricidad Obras y Servicios Públicos de Santa Rosa (CPE, in Spanish) recommended that Enacom compensate cooperatives with NRAs. Thus, the lack of financing suffered in the last two years could be recovered. Nocetti stressed that they do not have planned investments for the next 5 years due to the legislative obstacles in the sector. "They left us without the possibility of investing, we were crushed," he assured.
