Intermediate solutions end up delaying transition to IPv6

According to LACNIC, in Latin America only four countries exceed 1% of IPv6 traffic. The use of network address translators at carrier level (CGNAT) are some of the solutions employed to make better use of networks and can create difficulties for IoT deployment.
