Claudio Dobniewski, coordinator of Group of companies 4.0 in the Electronics Commission of the Argentine Chamber of Electronic, Electromechanical and Lighting Industries (CADIEEL) anticipated it. The idea is part of the strategic plan that the entity prepares for the next two years.
"Faced with the first implementations of IoT in the country, we detected that the first problem is the capture of the data, so we advise on this point," he confided.
Dobniewski shared the “stage” at the Grupo Convergencia event with Ángel Quiles, president of POLO IT South Region - Mendoza, in the panel on provincial clusters. The pole directed by Quiles originated as an evolution of a first ICT pole in Mendoza, but with a focus on the south of the province, that is, San Rafael, Alvear and Malargüe. "We think of a new generation of entrepreneurs, with a more global vision, and we seek to show the south of Mendoza as a talent plant, in addition to generating visibility to respond to local demands," he said.
Recognition as a pole of technological innovation of the pole was given in 2018, when it was made up of about 5 companies. There are currently 25, bringing together about 500 professionals and technicians.
