At MWC Barcelona 2023, Enacom authorities did not launch the 5G spectrum bidding process. The draft of the bidding terms would be advanced and there would be no surprises. The value of the bands would be lower than what has been reported so far. There is still the problem of the lack of political will to control the commitments assumed by operators, as in the case of 4G.
