The new Board of Directors of Oi has appointed Marcelo Millet as the new CEO and head of investor relations for the company.

Rodrigo Aguiar has been named Chief Financial Officer, while Fábio Wagner will serve as the company's new Legal Director.

Additionally, Paul Aronzon has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Francisco Román Lamas Méndez-Villamil will serve as the new Vice Chairman.
