Arsat’s new board to be appointed today

Néstor Pablo Tognetti, Facundo Leal, Marcelo Tesoro, and Guillermo Rus will be the directors will be appointed by Arsat’s Assembly that will meet today at 14 in Benavidez. The four have been linked to the company at different stages and Tognetti presided over it for some years. Now, I would head it again. It is necessary to appoint two directors that would be announced immediately.

In the Assembly of Arsat, the State will be represented by Juan Pablo Delgado, who exercises the Administrative Secretariat of the Cabinet Office of Santiago Cafiero. As is known, Arsat depends on Cafiero through the Ministry of Innovation, in charge of Micaela Sánchez Malcom. Resolution 4/2020 of the Office of the Chief of Staff published today in the Official Gazette, designates Delgado as representative of the State's shares and responsible for the development of the self-convened Shareholders Assembly.
