The four have been linked to the company at different stages and Tognetti presided over it for some years. Now, I would head it again. It is necessary to appoint two directors that would be announced immediately.

In the Assembly of Arsat, the State will be represented by Juan Pablo Delgado, who exercises the Administrative Secretariat of the Cabinet Office of Santiago Cafiero. As is known, Arsat depends on Cafiero through the Ministry of Innovation, in charge of Micaela Sánchez Malcom. Resolution 4/2020 of the Office of the Chief of Staff published today in the Official Gazette, designates Delgado as representative of the State's shares and responsible for the development of the self-convened Shareholders Assembly.

5G in Argentina: operators without urgency and pending regulatory issues

The mobile market lacks news in 5G for 3 reasons: operators do not see an immediate need to move towards the next generation; the pandemic made it necessary to allocate efforts in 2020 to address changes in traffic behavior; and from the regulatory point of view, it is still time for evaluations, even more with the shock of DNU 690. Faced with the current scenario, 5G would only be commercially available in Argentina in 2022.
