New filter tests to mitigate interference between TV and 5G

The association of operators SindiTelebrasil and CPQD started a new series of tests with three new filter models to be placed on open TV antennas that receive their signal via satellite, in order to verify the level of attenuation of the interference caused by 5G services in the 3.5 GHz band.

These tests, which began on June 29 and will last until July 10, will subsequently continue in the laboratory, where different aspects of these new LNBF models will be analyzed.
