Movistar launched international Roaming towards Spain and the United States for prepaid customers

Movistar has launched an International Roaming service towards Spain and the United States for prepaid customers. In this way, there are three countries in which the service is enabled: Colombia and Spain, through agreements with Movistar in corresponding countries, and the United States, as from agreements with AT&T. International Roaming rates in force for Movistar customers from Spain are US$3.4 per minute in local calls; US$8.3 in international calls; US$0.9 in incoming calls; US$1.4 per text message sent. Current rates for Movistar customers in the United States are US$2.8 per minute in local calls; US$7.9 in international calls; US$3.3 in incoming calls; and US$1.4 per every text message sent.
