Executives of the Paraguayan Communications Company (Spanish: Compañía Paraguaya de Comunicaciones, COPACO) have presented the digital TV service through IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) in Coronel Oviedo. Among its features are: deferred television services, video on demand (VOD) and electronic program guide.
