The Group Telefónica subsidiary will today take the control of BellSouth Colombia operations, acquired in March of this year by some US $1,070 million. It transcended that the company will maintain the BellSouth Trademark during its commercial end of year campaign. Telefónica Móviles would implement its name Movistar starting from the first trimester of 2005. In Colombia, Telefónica manages the Telefónica Data, Terra Networks Colombia y Atento business.
