From 6 to 10 of March 2017 the ITU-T SG3 (Tariff and accounting principles and international telecommunication/ICT economic and policy issues) Regional Group for Latin America and the Caribbean (SG3RG-LAC) will meet in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, together with the associated Regional Standardization Forum (RSF) for Bridging the Standardization Gap (BSG) on 6 March 2017.
By way of background, ITU-T Study Group 3 works on a number of economic, policy, and tariff issues relevant to international telecommunications, such as mobile roaming, digital identity, mobile financial services, cost models, competition policy (SMP), international internet connectivity, and OTTs.
