China among best positioned countries to stay with Tupac Katari II satellite construction

The primary use of the Tupac Katari I's capability is for cellular backhaul. The temporary delays in the construction of the Tupac Katari II will not alter the Bolivian government's plans set out in the Patriotic Agenda, which are expected to connect 100% of the population by 2025. China would be better positioned than the United States, France and India in negotiations for the construction and launch of this satellite.
