Need to take on challenge to regulate digital economy

Carlos López Blanco is an expert in regulation and digital economy. He was Secretary of Telecommunications of Spain and General Director of Public Affairs of Telefónica. Currently, he chairs the Digitalization Commission of the Chamber of Commerce of Spain. In an interview with Convergencialatina he explained the importance of starting to regulate the Internet through the regional blocks to subsequently reach global agreements, with companies whose spectra cover all markets worldwide.
