Mundo was launched as MVNO after an investment of US$2.5 million

We are launching our fourth product, thus entering the market as a Mobile Virtual Mobile Operator (MVNO) throughout the national territory and expanding our offer to our clients, with fair prices and within everyone's reach”, announced Enrique Coulembier, CEO of Mundo, in the start of operations.

The MVNO operates on the Movistar network and the services of the Spanish SUMA as a provider of the platform for Mobile Operator (MVNE). Prior to launch, Mundo tested the service in a stage they called "Family and Friends." "This is quite a challenge for the internal processes of the company, mobile clients require solutions in minutes and hours, not days or weeks, and that will change the way we work to adjust to that dynamism and offer customer service of quality”, commented Coulembier.
