Algar Telecom/Nokia carry out 5G tests in Uberaba

Algar Telecom and Nokia, together with the Commercial, Industrial and Services Association of Uberaba, Minas Gerais state, carried out a demonstration of 5G applications for agribusiness at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of the Mineiro Triangle.

Uberaba was one of the eight cities chosen by the Ministry of Communications to participate in the 5G pilot plan in rural areas, tests were also carried out in Rondonópolis (Mato Grosso), Sorocaba (San Pablo) and Londrina (Paraná).
