At the Conecta México event, which concludes this Thursday, Ricardo del Río, executive director of Wholesale Infrastructure and Value Added Services at Altán Redes, said that the wholesale operator is looking for the moment to launch 5G services.
He assured that Altán Redes is thinking about building a Non-Stand Alone 5G network for which it will have to gain spectrum in the 2.5 GHz band and combine it with the spectrum it already has a concession in the 700 MHz band.
