MTC submits requirements to participate in spectrum tender in 3.5 GHz band.

The process seeks to improve connectivity in a number of unserved towns and on unserved routes. Each operator will be eligible to bid for four consecutive blocks of 25 MHz each. Each 100 MHz was priced at US$126.5 million. The bidding process will determine the investment commitments of each interested operator.

Copelec case: artificial intelligence as a tool in electricity sector

It operates in the Chilean region of Ñuble and has 93,000 electricity customers. Its operation focuses on two aspects: data collection using the ETL model and integration of APIs, either their own or third-party's, as needed. The case was analyzed at the Clertic meeting in Panama last February.

Ruling against Google over its advertising business, new blow to Big Tech.

This follows a ruling of last year against its monopoly in the search engine case and another that begins this week. Google will appeal the ruling, but has not ruled out moves to satisfy the demands of the US Executive Branch and European regulators.
