Donald Trump wins US presidency and new era for ICT begins

The Republican will have majority in both houses of Congress and majority of allied governors. A less interventionist federal policy in the big tech markets, and a greater defense of its interests in other markets - Europe and China - and in international forums, such as the ITU is expected.
