ST Engineering iDirect presents ground segment implementation under consumption-based model

It is called “Intuition Unbound” and was unveiled at Satellite 2025. It aims to reduce market entry costs and accelerate revenue generation for satellite operators and service providers.

The version presented in Washington follows “Intuition,” a virtualized, cloud-based ground system, and enables a usage-based pricing structure, allowing satellite operators to overcome barriers to technology adoption.

Darren Ludington, Regional VP of Sales for Latin America, added in dialogue with Convergencia that the AI ????and machine learning module capable of analyzing network management system (NMS) actions was also demonstrated as part of the congress. This automation and orchestration platform allows for preemptive action when required.
