Millicom improves net income with infrastructure asset sale

Net profit was US$676 million, driven by the sale of infrastructure to SBA. Total revenue amounted to US$1.37 billion, a 5.9% decrease compared to the second quarter of 2024. Mobile customers totaled 41.8 million, representing a 2.8% year-on-year growth.

Sharp decline in Liberty Latin America's results

Despite the growth in broadband and postpaid mobile subscribers, the regional operator experienced a decline in its quarterly revenue and profit. Negative figures were reported across all its business units. The company will spin off its Puerto Rico business unit.
