Claro’s strategy to consolidate its leadership in Brazil’s broadband market

The acquisition of regional operator Desktop will allow the company to expand its presence in the state of São Paulo, the main stronghold of its competitor Telefónica, which has already withdrawn from most of the Latin American market.
