MVNO imowi has about 48,000 mobile lines

The figure was provided last Friday by Alexis Slepoy, manager of the MVNO created by Catel, during the Expo Técnica 2026 event. The subscriber base is growing by 2,000 lines per month.

During the event, imowi’s new IoT product, designed specifically for remote metering, was unveiled. The service will begin to be marketed soon, according to Hernán La Rosa, imowi’s Commercial Manager, with an offering that will compete with Telefónica’s Kite and Cisco Jasper.

imowi is currently developing its own management platform, tailored to potential end users in Argentina. The aim is to allow them to diagnose their cellular connections without intermediaries, integrate the system with their CRM through APIs, and access specialized technical support, among other features, regardless of their scale or the number of connections.
