Telmex proposes 14.16% discount to use its network

The discount would be applied to Telmex’s retail price to calculate the wholesale rate paid by third-party companies to resell services over its network.

Telmex and Telnor argue that this single discount reflects the costs they actually avoid when a third party markets the service. The proposal will be reviewed by the CRT.
