Telefónica Móviles to begin reorganization process in 2Q

The Spanish operator hopes to end the BellSouth assets incorporations within the first half of the year. Later, it plans to reorganize in three phases including employee cuts, customer integration, distribution channels, providers and points of sales as well as choosing a new brand for the stock exchange.
