The clients of both companies will begin to count on with automatic roaming in areas where they do not have coverage. The Claro clients (América Móvil) will be able to use their telephones in the Northern part of the country and Minas Gerais regions. As to the Oi clients (Telemar), they will use Claro`s network to talk in Sao Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina, Paraná, Goiás, Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Acre, Rondonia, Tocantins and the Federal District (Brasilia). Both operators highlighted that they also possess national roaming agreements with TIM.
