Partners of the Cooperativa Mixta de Telecomunicaciones Cochabamba, COMTECO (a mixed telecom cooperative of Cochabamba) approved the reports of the Managing board, of treasury, of the Surveillance Council and the Financial Statements audited of 2006-2007 management. During the Ordinary Meeting of the cooperative, the partners also approved the Annual Operating Plan and the Budget for 2007 year submitted by the General Management.

The Managing Council informed that the corporate investment budget planned by COMTECO for the 2007 management climbs to US$ 19.85 million and it also stated that the favorable economic results reached have enabled the cooperative to strengthen its shareholder's equity, from US$ 158 million in December 2006 to 159.82 million by June this year, affecting directly the valuation of the Contribution Certificate of each partner.
