Juan Sebastián Rozo Rengifo - Credit: Mintic

The official was appointed by a decree by President Juan Manuel Santos and will occupy the position left by Maria Carolina Hoyos Turbay. Rozo is a lawyer and has a specialization in Regulation and Management of Telecommunications and New Technologies. He was manager of Movistar government affairs until 2015  and advisor to Rafael Pardo's presidential campaign in 2009.
