The wholesale price tends to be homogenized close to US$ 18 in the localities connected to the Federal Internet Plan

The average price of the wholesale mega in the localities connected by Arsat was reduced 64% during the third quarter of 2017, against the same period of 2016, according to a study conducted by Convergencia Research.

The second edition of the study "Effects of Arsat’s deployment on the price of wholesale connectivity", conducted by Convergencia Research, shows that between the third quarter of 2016 and the same period of 2017, the average price of the wholesale mega in connected localities to The Federal Internet Plan (PFI, for its Spanish acronym) fell 64%. In the first wave of the report, made in the last quarter of 2016, found a reduction of 50% year-on-year.
