Court of Free Competition orders Entel, Movistar and Claro to return spectrum

The Court of Defense of Free Competition (Spanish: Tribunal de Defensa de Libre Competencia, TDLC) ordered Entel, Movistar and Claro to divest themselves of a part of the spectrum that was granted to them in the 700 MHz band tender. This resulted from the ruling of the Supreme Court in June, in response to a previous demand from Conadecus.
