S&P Global downgrades WOM's credit rating due to high refinancing risk

Rating agency S&P Global downgraded WOM's credit rating from “B” to “CCC.” And it also downgraded from “B” to “CCC” the issue-level rating of the senior unsecured notes issued by the financing means Kenbourne Invest S.A., and guaranteed by WOM.
