Alejandro Pereyra's definitions in NPlay 2024: Deregulation, regulations under review and time to discuss NRAs

Facing an expectant audience awaiting the initial definitions from the new government regarding the ICT sector, Alejandro Pereyra, Deputy Intervenor of Enacom, took the stage at Grupo Convergencia's event last Friday. From there, he made clear the ideas for modifications contemplated in the regulatory intervention process, initiated at the end of January. In dialogue with Convergencia, he further clarified that, given the 180-day period set for the intervention (until approximately June 27), "the idea is to finish earlier, for which work is underway, and provide input to the President."
