Just days before the repeal of DNU 690 (via Decree 302/2024), Convergencia gathered perspectives from the sector on what lies ahead. The August 2020 regulation is seen as an obstacle for the industry, and with it now behind, there's an opportunity for regulatory reform in the coming years.
