The neutral network company V.tal reported that within the framework of Oi's judicial recovery plan, it signed an agreement with the creditors of that operator, by which it undertakes to buy its portfolio of fiber clients (ClientCo) in the second round of the bidding that will be carried out for its sale, if in the first round there are no suitable offers.
